The ESCAPEBASE option specifies the type of escape that is produced by the INFILE keyword of the CONVERT function.
Specify 'd'
for decimal escape, 'x'
for hexadecimal escape.
The default escape type is decimal, which produces the INTEGER
value for a character in the following form.
'\dnnn'
A hexadecimal escape is the INTEGER
value for a character in the following form.
'\xnn'
