TABLE_NAME column: CUSTOMER_MARKET_VIEW for all rows.
COLUMN_NAME column: DIM_KEY, LEVEL_NAME, MEMBER_TYPE, DIM_ORDER, HIER_ORDER, LONG_DESCRIPTION, SHORT_DESCRIPTION, TOTAL_LONG_DESCRIPTION, TOTAL_LONG_DESCRIPTION1, MARKET_SEGMENT_LONG_DESC, MARKET_SEGMENT_LONG_DE_1, ACCOUNT_LONG_DESCRIPTION, ACCOUNT_LONG_DESCRIPTI_1, SHIP_TO_LONG_DESCRIPTION, SHIP_TO_LONG_DESCRIPTI_1, PARENT, DEPTH, TOTAL, CUSTOMER_TOTAL_ID, MARKET_SEGMENT, CUSTOMER_MARKET_SEGMENT_, ACCOUNT, CUSTOMER_ACCOUNT_ID, SHIP_TO, CUSTOMER_SHIP_TO_ID.
