USER_USERS describes the current user. Its columns (except for PASSWORD, PROFILE, PASSWORD_VERSIONS, EDITIONS_ENABLED, AUTHENTICATION_TYPE, and EDITIONS_ENABLED) are the same as those in DBA_USERS.
